OPEN CALL FOR PROPOSALS
THE CITY AND PUBLIC SPACES PROGRAM
Night of Museums and Galleries – Plovdiv 2011


The Open Arts Foundation, host and organizer of the Plovdiv Night of Museums and Galleries, announces an open call for proposals for the program “THE CITY AND PUBLIC SPACES”.


THE CITY AND PUBLIC SPACES is one of three programs of events which will be held over the course of two days within the framework of the Plovdiv Night of Museums and Galleries 2011:

16 September (Friday), Museums and Galleries Program, 7 p.m. – 1 a.m.
17 September (Saturday), Culture and Club Program
16 and 17 September (Friday/Saturday), The City and Public Spaces Program


WHAT PROJECTS ARE ELIGIBLE
Visual arts, performance arts, literature, urban planning, research projects, etc.

WHO CAN APPLY
Individual artists, curators, organizations, artists’ unions and associations, irrespective of citizenship and location

SELECTION OUTCOMES
The selection process will have the following outcomes:
- The Open Arts Foundation will fully fund the implementation of one project
- Up to five projects will be supported organizationally and logistically
- Several other projects will be included in the official program of the Night of Museums and Galleries 2011

HOW TO APPLY
Send
- a short description of your project
- a budget proposal, and
- your CV + a short description of your activities + contact information
to office@openarts.info.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS: 10 July 2011
DECISIONS ANNOUNCED: 15 July 2011
